My Amazon Affiliate Website

My website was originally turned down by amazon after they analysed after my first sale. The reason was:

- Lack of content which is original to your site and beneficial to your visitors
- Pages that are mainly empty when advertisement content is removed

I have since updated the site to sort this out and I was wondering if you guys could give me some tips and pointers in relation to whether or not my website it ready for a resubmission. The URL is:

www.diydriveway.com

I am pretty new to online marketing and I don't really want to go ahead resubmit it, make a sale and just get my website rejected again for the same reasons.

Any help would be much appreciated,

Cheers

Some good, handy instructions. Layout is good and I don't see too much advertising.

Just watch the spelling and grammar. I only checked one page thoroughly, but I see errors on other pages while scan reading so the whole site needs to be proof read.

Looked at How To Build Your Own Driveway – DIY Driveway and found the following:

    Step 133%
    Preperation - preparation

drying out to fast - should be "too"

Your Done - should be "You're Done"

its not pretty - should be "it's not pretty"

Sort out the typos/spelling/grammar and you should be fine to re-submit.

Insider secret - there is a beautiful in-browser add-on called Grammarly which spell checks and grammar checks in seconds. Check it out, just Google: Grammarly.

Nice share. It's always a good idea to run a spell-check before uploading or publishing! Grammarly is a good tool, there are others available for free as well, good advice. +Thanks

To be honest the content is all there for me, it's the design and styling which isn't: from a designers point of view: the design doesn't match, fit or compliment the services you are offering.

I would use a different theme design. Recommended: open, natural/urban theme, the overall image should be one of: outdoors, sun shining, beautiful modern sub-urban housing and driveways, the aura should be of the "good" feeling, satisfaction. Currently the design is modern, but dark and not suited to a DIY Driveway website.

    Take my advice. Seriously.

Oh it's good to be back!

Hi I'm Zer0 by the way... I haven't been on here for years.
