Advice Please - Even if It means paying for a service I wouldn't mind

I am a complete newbie as far as internet marketing and blogging is concerned. I have struggled for a while, buying some money making e books, I have also tried some free once, but I have not been successful for once.
However, I have been able to set up a blog about people and Health. Many nice people I met in this forum assisted me in one way or the other in setting up my blog.
It's a Wordpress blog and I did build it up to this point.
However I felt something is still missing on it, or am not getting something right, That is why I have decided to ask you guys for a kind help and Advice. http://www.viralgaga.com

Even if it means paying for a service I wouldn't mind, I just want the blog to be of a high standard.

    You need to choose better theme for your blog. The font used and the formatting of blog posts too makes it harder to read. You have mentioned it is health blog, but you have posts on random categories. I feel you need to spend more time planning what you want to do with your blog.

    Please don't mind ! I think as a WordPress developer, i need to tell you this. Actually your site look is not professional, clean and completed and visitor attractive.

    So i have recommend for you.. Please chose a premium WP theme about your site categories. There are lots of professional, eye catching theme available at online market like as themeforest. Then buildup your site professionally.

    I have visit your website. It's my point of view you don't fixed your plan how to design your website and which purpose you want to use. First fixed your goal then design your website. A lot of themeoffer to create blog website with eye catching looking which attract the visitor at first sight. You can try EXTRA theme.Thanks
