Hello,

I am a newbie when it comes to website development..... and I don't think I want to pay someone since I may want to make changes later and will be clueless....I don't know any coding, so am looking at one of those drag and drop webbuilders........

I want to develop a website that 1. Will allow subscribers (3 levels) to view secured information. 2. I must be able to email these subscribers as new information arrises. (I am not selling a physical product.)

I am looking at WIX as they have lots of good reviews.... any help would be appreciated.
