Help for Local City Directory Site

I would like to start a local directory site for service pros, contractors, etc in my town. Don't really care about restaurants, places, attractions, etc.
Trying to find a WP theme that will accommodate and allow me to import listings from FB at the least, but would like to see google places as well. I can't believe there isn't one out there. Would like Claim listing feature as well as pay to feature.
Anyone know of one?

    Can you please explain what you mean by "Import listing from FB"? There are a lot of Directories listing Theme in WordPress marketplace. As you've mentioned "service, contractors" it seems that you are planning for something like a job board website, Is it? You can try LISTABLE or Jobify Theme.
    Order your developer to build any special function if you need.
