Hello I need some advice/opinion for our new website! The site is 60% completed.

Hi I'm Panagiotis and I need your experience opinion/advice about my new website euresi.gr . This site is a clothing store and my current design creates problems with the loading speed... My main problem is my home page that loads items from a db to that design. Should a change the design...? Other problem is that my site loads 2 different css layout files, shall I put it all in one? --- If you are not familiar with css then please write down your opinion about out current template. Is it good enough for a clothing store or need change ..REMINDER: the site is still in progress 50-60% completed. Thank you all in advance.

    Wow then this is a massive problem...OMG. Something goes terrible wrong with the site. How do I check the accessibility, do I need to contact my server? Here in Greece loads fine, a little late cause of my speed problem but it loads....

    Well now I'm facing 2 problems 1)the speed problem when the site loads somewhere in Greece 2) The fact that the site might not be loaded outside this area... some visitors from Europe cant see the page...
