Anyone know of a good HTML / PHP contact form that would work on any websites?

    When you say "will work on any websites" you need the HTML for the form, then a PHP script to handle the form, one that will work on your server.

    Wordpress has free plugins for contact forms. Contact Form 7 is the most popular and downloaded.

    A good alternative is to use a 3rd party such as 123ContactForm.com, who offer a free service. Formsmarts is another provider with a basic free service. These 3rd parties are ideal, providing a script that you an HTML drop in to an HTML page. No worries about the forms working or needing scripts on the server.

    Hi dansbanners,

    I recommend http://cognitoforms.com. They are super easy to use and incorporate well with any site (I use them myself). They have an easy drag and drop system, it's very easy to understand.
