Jetpack plugin issue

My Jetpack plugin not working. when i install in Wordpress and go to activate giving error (Installation failed: Destination folder already exists)

How can i solve my this issue plz help me

    Firstly check if the plugin is already installed or not and if not installed then go to file manager by using ftp or cpanel and delete Jetpack plugin folder inside /wp-content/plugins/ and again try to install the plugin.

      If you still get same issue after deleting a folder then try to upload a plugin files using ftp or cpanel and extract Jetpack plugin files inside a wp-content/plugin/ folder.

      Ohh, There may be a some conflict, need to debug it and figure out the root of the issue. I just want to know Is this issue is associated with only Jetpack plugin of also not able to install other plugin.     Hi,
    When you deleted all old Jetpack plugin folder in your site cPanel, then do you have clean up your browser history before start work?

    Or,
    If everything is ok, but you have still issues, so delete your existing jetpack plugin and clean history and download new jetpack plugin and upload then active. May be it will be fine.
