Sitemap Error

Hello All,

Actually, I am not able to create the sitemap with all webpages of the website. If I add the website URL then it only shows one url in sitemap report. I have been trying to create the sitemap by other webpages of website but the same problem, only added URL showing in the sitemap file. I have tried in many sitemap generator tools not only XML-sitemaps. Please reply me as soon as possible.

First try more generator sites,if it doesn't work there must be a bug in the coding,files...etc try to find it. else take some advice or help from a pro??
