Help me get started please

Hi Warriors,

I built a website using a Wordpress theme for ads directory, the problem I have is, I see no one comes and register into the site, the registration process is simple and fast.

So first I wanted advice from you on how to attract people to register and put ads inside and the second is, can I copy ads from other websites and put in my website, notifying the ad owners or is it illegal?

    What can be advertised? Is it something like Craigslist?

    I recommend placing a photo ad in newspapers and "for sale by owner" publications promoting your site.

    I have to say that it's going to be hard to compete with Craigslist.

    PS. You don't need to be copying content from other sites and posting it to yours.

        I looked at your site and it looks very nice to me.
        Easy on the eyes and easy to follow directions.

        Only thing I didn't like was having to scroll down a list when selecting the "category". I would much rather have it all open up so I can see the categories without having to scroll.

    Wait hold on, what type of site is that ?, I build many sites all types, but you can not copy anything, don't do it.

    I just tried your site it took a while to load, much to long for most people. There was a big gray area just below the top text before seeing the ads. You will also need to make your site "https" google is going to stop sending the sites with out it any love in mid January.

    Where is your traffic coming from how much of it is targeted to your site. That may answer a few of your questions.
