Feedback On My Squeeze Page Please

Hi everyone!!

I've just put this new squeeze page up online for my new website but before I drive any major traffic to it I'd like your advice please...

Feel free to tear it apart and tell me its awful.. although constructive comments would help!!

I'd also love your feedback on the video too :-)

Marc Milburn's Marketing Meltdown!

I've tried to get the opt-in box above the fold by reducing the size of the header image (it was bigger than that) but I'm really struggling with that.

    Video requires a time commitment, and you've given me ZERO reasons to watch your video, so I have no idea if you do a better job selling there. There's nothing to indicate what's in your report, or even that your report is a serious product. aYs' response MAY have been tongue-in-cheek, but it's right on the money. Humor in marketing can be a very powerful tool, but you're missing the target. Try to look at your ad with an outsider's eyes, and then list even one reason you've given to want your report. There are none. You need to start over.

      Here are my recommendations:

      1. The header and the footer are way too big. Reduce their size using for example Fireworks.

      2. The image of that toilet seat in the footer it's just...inappropriate. It will hurt your conversions in my humble opinion.

      3. The title sucks. You have to get the visitor's attention right away or his gone. What is the biggest benefit that the reader will get from subscribing? Put that in your title.

      4. I'd also change the background color. Maybe blue.

      5. Try using some numbers in your title.
