Go with Let's Encrypt. If you are using a web host that supports them through cPanel, it is literally a case of pushing a couple of buttons to get your certificate up and running. If not, it is a little more complicated than that, but still pretty easy and free.

I use ' Let's Encrypt' as well, for SSL, on my Siteground server. It's the best ..... fast, easy to use and inexpensive.

Most of the cPanel web hosting provider now a days provide "Let's Encrypt" and its free of cost, no need to pay anything for SSL certificate but as you mentioned your web hosting provider is not supporting "Let's Encrypt" , therefore you can try "Comodo Free Certificate" and if its also not supported by your web hosting company than its time to change web hosting provider.

You can run your DNS through CloudFlare. They are a free service that also optimizes your traffic. They also provide you with free SSL.
