Hey everyone, just wondering, how do I link and and create categories within the post as its done here:

101 Tips For A Healthy Lifestyle

See the 2nd title "Explore by Category: Click on any of the sections below to go directly to that category." those are the categories that I'm talking about? How can I do that?

    I checked your page you need to add sidebar in a post where you can add categories
    1. Goto apperance >widgets
    2.Then add categories in sidebar
    If you already done this part then you need to go to customize section where you have to check the post section and enable sidebar option.
