What API or plugin do sites use for price comparison and customer reviews?
I run a website that reviews products. I want to add two functions:
1. For users to be able to see the prices of a product on different online stores. A lot of large websites have this functionality, for example: https://www.cnet.com/reviews/samsung...note-9-review/ (to the right) and many other product review sites.
2. For people to be able to see an average of all online customer reviews. I have seen some review websites that gather all online customer reviews in this way, and will say the number of reviews and the average. I don't need the texts that were written for the reviews, just the scores.
Most online stores will have API to integrate with to get the prices and customer reviews. The problem is, it's a huge job trying to integrate with API's from hundreds of different stores.
Is there any service that offers a centralized way of getting all this data (prices and customer reviews) from different stores? Or maybe the even is some type of Wordpress plugin to get price information from different stores?
