  • Xsitepro - hands down!

Quick learning curve with ability to do much more as you become more used to using it - and you are in full control of your site and unlimited in how many sites you can build.

  • My personal recommendation would be to take just a bit of time to learn the basics of HTML and the like and then to make use of content management systems such as Wordpress. Wordpress has a load of free and paid themes that you can use as well as a multitude of plugins that can help you to develop your website in exactly the way that you want to. There's also a really great user community which means if you do face a problem you're likely to be able to find a solution to it very quickly.

    Hope that helps,

    • I agree with those that say learn some basic html/css. Set aside some study time each day and you'll have the basics down in a matter of days.

  • Depending on how complicated the site, another option is to lay the site out in MS Word or Open Office Writer and save as HTML.

Out of the two options that you've mentioned, I too would suggest Xsitepro.
