Is Avada Theme For Wordpress Any Good? Alternatives?

Hi

I am looking for a decent pro theme for WordPress.

Right now Avado is looking like the main contender.

If anybody has anything good or bad to say about it please let me know.

Also very open to other sugestion to look at so please list any of the best pro themes you know of.

    Try searching based on categories in ThemeForest .
    (For Ex: Photography / Portfolio / E-Commerce etc,..)

    Make sure the theme
    # is recently released (not recently updated)
    # is Gutenberg Optimised
    # is highly rated
    # is loaded with full features.

    No doubt that Avada is top of all , but you can try other themes too.

    Post the details of the category under which you are searching for a theme & I shall suggest you some.

      I would not agree with that entirely, especially on theme forest.

      I'd make sure the theme is NOT recently released, that could be a BAD mistake especially if you want to go in production mode asap. Recently released apps, whatever they are, use YOU as a beta tester (if you have never realised that).

      If you want to go that route, I suggest, once you've found a decent theme you like, that you make sure it is at least 6-12 month old but most importantly look at the number of sales versus the amount of months it went out. Check the number of sales versus the number of comments that speaks by itself (sure reading the comments as well), in 99% of the cases if the theme is out for enough months and had enough sales, if the amounts of comments is considerably greater than the amount of sales, run away from it.

      All that said, Avada is "old" in the sense of it's out for several years and among the most, if not THE most, theme sold on there. Right. However, there's a reason for that, just check out what I've just mentioned about how to check on theme forest. In my opinion Avada should do everything you hope for and more. Of course that would always also depends on what exactly is your goal with your projects.

    I Also had avada for a few years, but the thing is the framework is quite old and its not fast...

    So i suggest to check the Astra theme , they also have a pro plugin to increase flexibility for a much higher level then Avada.

    its recommended by Elementor page builder team and by many authorities in the web design space.

    You can test the free version , but the pro will bring you to the next level.

    Avada is pretty good theme. Yes, it is older one, but regularly updated and a lot of people using it so you can easily find help if needed.
    My theme of choice (in 75% of the projects) is Bridge, similar to Avada, regular updates, a lot of users, and excellent design (better than Avada).
