How can you remove pics from websites?

Does anyone know how you can make site remove private pictures that have been posted by someone else? I have sent emails but no response.

    Hello

    If the photos are yours, as in they were taken by you, you actually own the copyright to them. This means you can actually sue someone for using your work without permission. You often read about the large photo agency sites threatening to sue or actually suing when they find photographs (that they own copyright to) being used on other websites without permission.

    To advise you, first Google copyright on photographs or similar, take some specific wording and use in another contact to them, preferably by registered letter) If no action from them you might have to have an Attorney write to them.

    Yes, serving them with a Digital Millennium Copyright Act notice will be enough to compel them to pull them down. But you need proof that they are infringing on your rights.

    Without evidence that you have copyright to these photos. If you do not have copyright on the photo then you will not achieve anything. But you can try.
