I want to add a plugin to my site that lets users answer some questions and recommends products based on their ansers.

Does anybody know of a plugin like this?

Never heard of one. Maybe a shopping cart plugin such as Woocommerce can be made to do that, but you would have to populate it with products of your choosing.

Wordpress at it BEST is the ability to use plugins already made, and making them your own.
