I have for years designed websites using Weebly for small business clients but am looking t migrate this across to build Wordpress sites for clients. What is the best business model to do this. eg Hostgator hosting then add wordpress sites with themes or is there better all in one options these days. Looking for the easiest method whilst also achieving good results.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You could go that route. Get a domain at Namecheap, use hostgator for hosting than setup the site on Wordpress. Pretty straight forward you won't be locked into anyone company like Wix or Squarespace.

Some people around here do not like HG, but you can leave that debate for others.

Migrating off Weebly is a PITA if you haven't done it before or if you don't have any experience manually migrating a site off one of those "web builder" services.

The resource DABK posted looks like pretty much everything you'll need. Do keep in mind that IF you wish to keep certain pages that are currently on your Weebly site accessible via their old URLs (while hosted on Weebly) you'll need to remember to update your WordPress permalink structure with .html so the old pages still work.
