Hi Folks,

I need to revisit my Web Design Business for clients so need your expertise.

1) Could you please recommend the best multipurpose paid themes for 2020 which would include sites for Doctors, affiliate marketing, different services, real estate etc. So a batch of themes included in the package.

2) What plugins do I need in 2020 for a Doctor's website?

3) Any other info which will help me to restart this business now

Many thanks

I don't know what your budget is but I think you can get a collection of Fifty Plus themes covering all kinds of Niches for under $50. The Most Popular theme Providers are:
    ThemeForest
    Envanto
    Elegant Themes
Most are Drag and Drop Visual editors...

    Hey Ross,

It depends on you like what kind of themes you like. However, there are many theme and plugin marketplaces that offer great themes and plugins. Some of them are

    1) Themeforest
    2) MOJO Marketplace
    3) Elegant Themes
    4) StudioPress
    5) CodeCanyon
    6) TemplateMonster
    7) Creative Market

There are lots of themes and plugins needed to develop a doctor's website. So, go there and choose any of the themes and plugins you or your client like.

The problem with buying themes is they all have limitations, and sometimes require custom coding or many plugins to force the site to operate the way my clients expect. That can be risky, slow down the site, or worse.

I've used or worked on just about every theme and theme builder over the past 12 or so years, and finally settled on using Thrive Themes products around 5 years ago and have never been happier.

The current Thrive Themes Architect (formally Content Builder) is fantastic and works very well with just about any theme. I have used it to develop virtually every type of site quickly and easily and have created 'look alike' sites when a client sees something they like.

Plus next month is the official release of Thrive Theme Builder which is not a plugin but an actual theme building platform for WordPress. I've been using the beta version for months and I honestly believe it will change the WordPress website developing world dramatically.

Shameless Plug: There's an affiliate link to a preview of the theme builder in my signature if you are interested.
