I want to make simple websites for affiliate marketing.
I just want to create nice simple sites with no fancy bells and whistles.

I am sure there is such a product around. I don't want a high
learning curve such as Wordpress with plugins, themes etc.

Thanks

    WordPress isn't really that difficult.

You can teach yourself with a good book
or manual and by watching tutorials.

If you are focused you can learn the basics
in less than a week and then you learn by
    doing.

You can also hire a freelancer to setup a
WordPress for you, I have had this done
    and it isn't that expensive.

And you can keep your WordPress simple.

You can also setup simple HTML sites, I
do this as well. It's my preference because
    I can setup a twenty-page site in a couple
of hours if I have all my content developed
    already.

But I have been doing HTML for over twenty
years so I don't know how long it would take
a newbie to learn everything about setting
up websites. There's a few more things to
    know than just HTML.

Don't look for excuses not to get started by
    bemoaning WordPress. And don't waste
your time trying to re-invent the wheel,
looking for other systems because it only
    prevents you from getting started.

Figure out which affiliate products you
want to promote and get busy setting
    something up.

    Hi Peter

WordPress is the best option in terms of flexibility and functionality. If you want to skip the learning curve you can hire a developer.

  • WordPress is still the best easy website builder you can make use of.
But you can also try out Wix or Squarespace. They are also cool website and page builders that have easy simple templates.

I recommend using wordpress or elementor. Elementor has a drag and drop functionality that makes it super simple to put content where you want.

"Easy builder" is "a free cheese in a mouse trap", brother. An academic interest, nothing else worthy.

WP is a pretty balanced one. Don't be scared to spend a time on it, will repay a triple price, and you can still survive "without technical knowledge". I would not call it a "builder" as it is a negative aspect for me.

Easy start is not yet in one-click. Higher learning curve is not yet a Quantum Physics, yun'no. Find someone for a quick conversation, a pro will teach you and change your opinion within few hours, that is what wordpress offers.

    Peter,

Why don't you just go to Fiverr.com and hire someone there to do it for you.

    That is what I did.

I've build my homepage using elementor on WOrdporess and It looks so amazing UI. I suggest you to go with that otherwise fiverr is not a bad option at all.

If you want to create simple affiliate sites?
Then you can use too, Canva.
Even if you use the free version, you can create websites.
just remember to Write Websites, In the search box.

I have observed that not many people have the knowledge that they can create websites inside Canva :-)
I use Canva, to make fast websites, very simple.
    And is free !!

    Regards
    Alex
