Help! Trying to Replace Image In Wordpress

I am trying to replace the image in my wordpress theme here. This is what it says: To replace the banner image, just swap out masthead.png with your own image, sized 723px x 147px.

I can't find this to replace. I have html that I need to put in place, but don't know how.

    There is your path to the image...
    Open the header.php, I guess you find the code there.
