Single web/product page using wordpress

I want to use wp to build a single page offering a single product, how is this acheived using wp so that it looks like just 1 page and not a blog site. Hope you guys no what I'm getting at here and can give me some useful pointers like what settings I might need to change or activate.

    If you search for "wordpress sales page theme" in your favourite search engine - you should pull up a lot of suitable (some free) themes

    • It's not a plugin, I want to make a single sales page using wp, there's a lot of bods selling single template themes but it's choosing the right seller. Any advice on reputable sellers/developers would be helpful.
