How can I get Amazon to populate this column with books related to the subject.

Is it a fault with the php page?

    Hi Brian, how old is the script? Im pretty sure all amazon API requests have to be signed now. The error mesage you posted indates that the requested xml file could not be found... try pasting the url from your error message into the browser to see what response it gives you (the url that fopen failed to open)
