GBCF script (plugin) for forms on Wordpress site - problem

I found this nice script for making forms for my Wordpress site.
I used the dashboard to add the plugin.

But I received an error message that the header is invalid.
Does anyone know what I should do?

    Header invalid... what is the error message? you might try taking the closing ?> php brackets out, it could be a white space issue.


    EDITED: I looked again, and noticed the gbcf as a tag... It looks like that plugin has not been updated in a long time.. probably not compatible with current versions of wordpress. There have been huge changes in WordPress over the last year.

    I use CForms II for most of my sites that I require custom forms.

      Someone helped me and I actually got the plugin to work and make a form for me.

      But I was disappointed. It seems to produce one standard form. But I need to customize my form, add fields and labels, and buttons, etc.

      I did a Google search for contact forms (not necessarily Wordpress) and I found a great site!

      This site referred me to a site for making forms online -- for free. And they are fully customizable. And you can see your form as you build it! And it is an attractive looking form also.

      You just copy the code and paste it into your page. An email is sent to you every time someone fills out the form. You can see my form at:
