Need a web design team!

I must have put this thread in the wrong place before so I will put it here.

I am looking for a full fledged web development team. I need a team that can do sites like Best Buy or Fool or Fandango. This is a serious project and I am willing to commit serious money. If anyone knows of a firm that can handle this please let me know. I will explain what I would like after I see the teams portfolio.
