  • Looks just like a modified version of BlueSense to me. It would be free if you just did it yourself. I modified BlueSense to look exactly like my html website in less than an hour. You could probably put up 11 or 12 of them pretty quick.
  • Not sure why you would want to... Just look around for a cms based wp template. Something from Themeforest or ithemes will get you there.
