Hi,

Can anyone review my site and come with a suggestion on what price i can charge for it.
I have been planning to sell it for some time and 2010 is it

I have 1300 unik articles on my site.

  This is a Revolution Theme originally-Not free.

  There are 27 pages on my sitemap stuffed with articles.

You know what actually... That's a good job. I like the setup. The only thing I'd change is to tone down the red at the top... something smoother but I actually like what you have put together here. Did you do all of the articles as well?

Hi,

The site looks good , but make it professional by integrating good looking themes.

Also you have to have some stats about the number of articles in the database , number of visitors , number of clicks etc,..

This will visualise the popularity of the site & its articles for the visitors.

  if youve got that many articles, get link building and you will see some serious traffic, once you have some serious traffic and can show your earning with the site you will get good money for it.

  Check on your sitemap generator plugin to see if it has produced a proper sitemap you should be getting plenty of traffic with 1300 articles

Hi Annette,

The site to me looks great the video is a kean piece of marketing. If your looking to sell this site. I would put a link or a GUI posted somewhere on the site that leads them to a stats page. You want them to see what the site has been doing and how much traffic it is receiving. I'm sure someone will be interested in your efforts.

  I am at this time building baclinks to my site from high Pagerank websites.
  I will not sell my site before it gets good traffic and hopefully some cash too
  
  I have installed Statcounter to track my traffic.
  
  I will take your advice and give it a big SEO push before i sell it.

  I never will sell a similar site if I had one. As it have a lot of unique contents you should spent some bucks on SEO. If you need some urgent quick cash sell it after this or else just retain site with you. You can use this to earn more income.
