How to Make a Small Spot Clickable on an Image?

Hello all, I have a project I am working on and I need some help. What I need, is a code that I can use for images, where only a tiny part (one persons face) is clickable and will go to a new page when clicked. It's sort of a 'Where's Waldo' type thing, but with a celebrity. The client doesn't want me to give the link out, because he doesn't want his idea to be copied, so I'm going to respect that.

If anyone could help, that would be great. Thanks!

    Image maps are good if you do not need "secure" links. (i.e. a clever individual could read the html to see the links)

    Other alternatives to image maps would be javascript which you could obscure, flash file, php or asp submit methods.
