I Really Do Need Some Help Here Pleeeeese!

Right here goes....I am looking for a very patient person
to mentor or show and talk me through me how I start to install W'press.org
from Fantastico. I have a Re-seller hosting account with
Hostgator already set up.

I also want to be shown how to do FTP using the easiest
and best FTP account.

I also need to be shown how to use plug ins and themes.
I need live coaching, not from written instructions.

Its really just setting up a blog site and once I am shown
then I can do it on my own for the rest of my life.

Maybe we could use Skype or I can call you to talk me
through everything. I am willing to pay sensible money
no rip off fees please. I am so non techie. I am good at
the marketing bit though, that's no problem for me.

I thought of getting Firepow 2 (auto blog system) which is quite expensive but
I thought I really need to learn this myself. Please can someone help
I am in the UK - Cheshire area. It doesn't matter where you are
UK, Europe USA or CAnada.

    Did you look at the tutorials that come with Hostgator Cpanel x3?

    Installing WP on Hostgator is as easy as it gets. It's really not
    something you can mess up. It's point and click and takes about
    2 minutes and then your blog is up.

    As far as FTP goes, it's not hard either, but you understand it more
    as you do it more.

    I understand why you want help. You can probably find a kid in
    your area who could show you everything you want to know in
    less than an hour.

    WP, by the way, is not as easy to learn as some people want to
    imply - so you might want to get a book about it to help you
    get clear. You can get one at your local library probably, unless
    you live in a remote area.

    Well this is right up my street so if you would like someone from the UK then I can help you on this one via Skype (which we can now also share screens, so that is helpful for a learning situation).

    I also supply image/video instructions to refer to afterwards if that is required for particular tasks.
