I am looking to outsource a project for my personal finance blog, The Wise Buck and was wondering if anyone had anyone they would refer.

Basics of blog and needs
Word press
Thesis theme
Ad Sense positioning knowledge (using thesis or plugin)
adept at "theme/blog design"
SEO knowledge
