Starting a website and need a bit of help on the best way to implement a contact form into a page and set it up to the email I have registered with my host.

I'm also looking for some help to write a small customizable java (i think) program that will allow my customers to pick and choose colors and such for a matting a frame online store. For reference check the link below. Mine will most likely be a stripped down version as I don't offer as many options as the company below:
