By and large I like the design. There are some things I'd change though:
- This header under the navigation bar is too long. (I'm talking about the line starting with "SECURE DOWNLOAD".) Try to shorten the text so that it doesn't wrap around.
- Your menu at the left looks strange when you hover over multi-line elements. Either change the image you're using or avoid using multi-liners.

  I would change a few area's of the design,
  
  1-The large blue footer area, I think it is too large and distracts from what matters, I imagine you have done this for SEO purposes, although I would recomend it still needs to look friendly to the user. As a user none of that would benefit me. If you are to keep the footer content perhaps make it less paddered so it makes best use of the space instead of a large gap on both the left and right.
  
  2- I would ensure that your site is cross browser compliant, for example the translate area on the left isn't aligned correctly with the rest of the left col content. (infact its not all visable in firefox3.5.7). (doesn't look like the css padding is working correctly)
  
  3. Also i would change the username and password area, because grey text on a black background is difficult to read.

  errrm... for me a little bit of the site on the right hand side is cut off and theres no scroll bar to view it properly

I like Coffeeinacup software. They have some free versions but the paid allows you to do the live editing on your site. Try out the free ones and see if it is to your taste. What may be one mans/womans goldmine may not be another's.

Most of it is good, but I dont like the headers. Its not clean enough. Remove the bar under the secondary navigation because its not clickable and looks confusing.

I like the layout and design of the site especially the details. On contrary to some opinions on this thread, the large blue footer works for me!

I like the layout. It just seems a little boring, so maybe add some images of people or quality seals at the top. I also know that a smiling person works well, since female faces get attention help to get people interested. The first impression is important since users will just click away from the site if it doesn't catch their eye.

  I'm using IE6.0 at present, and many of the graphics aren't loading. Not sure if it's just my outdated browser here. I find the images a little too large, and the text is too close with no margin in between.
  
  I, too, find the footer overwhelming, and the text being black on blue and centered is not easy to read. The header is a better size. I would change the header graphic to something which grabs attention - even an advertising banner - something to tell the user that you have what they're looking for!

First of all the logo of your website needs change. I can't understand the text of the logo until i read the address bar.
Waoh, the footer is way too big. Shorten it by atleast 400% or more. The left links grey color is quite dark. You need to change it.
Layout is simple. I think its ok. Not bad. Overall nice work. But a little touch here and there and your website will be good.

  I think everyone else has made some good points. The only thing that I really don't like is the links in the sidebar on the left are indented way to far out. I guess that is just my opinion but it makes the page feel lop-sided.

I think your logo could be a lot better/cleverer.
People automatically judge a site/company by their logo.
They gain an impression of the company from this visual stimuli.

The site isn't bad but it's a little cluttered.

The nav section is good, your logo is ok.

The search box on the left isn't positioned correctly in Chrome (it's overlapping into the body content)

The log in section is hard to read.

Try to fit-on the screen some of the navigational
list on the left sight. It is overlapping on the FF browser.

I always scroll through a site to review it...and limit myself to 5 seconds. It's good but not grabbing my attention. Test test test I would say!

I would move your "Menu 2" with the privacy policy etc. into your sidebar as the last box, to reduce your footer size.

Also, the first paragraph in your footer "We offer you..." I would remove and put into a link called "About Us" and put this at the top of your page in your header links.

...and VERY important: Move your subscription box further to the top, if not at the top of your sidebar! You should make it a priority to build your list of subscribers, you need to make sure that the opt-in form is above the fold i.e. your visitor should be able to see it a soon as they arrive on your page and not scroll down to find it. (don't let them find it, make it really easy for them to opt-in)

Ive used that "infolinks" before - it make you hardly ANY CASH per click and it ends up frustrating your users... So it's really not worth it.

I recommend you remove it. Just my personal opinion :-)

Downloadvyp,

Well, I could do more to spice up the header and logo though. It's kind of norm header which I find it is not outstanding enough to capture attention.

The block of blue bg for the footer with the info below is a bit over emphasized as it is too contrasting. Unless that's objv, I suggestion u tone down the blue colors.

The gap between the each image and body content on your post shd preferably have space gap of 10 to 20 px. Now they are too close to be read comfortably for the eyes.

Other than that, all is good. : )
