Graphic help needed (asap)- SOLVED!

I have an image and I need it placed on a background (will give you the RBG info) rotated right about 15 degrees. Can show you a sample.

Not being a graphic designer I don't have professional tools... so when I try to do it the edges of the pic get ugly. (you will see it on the sample )

Anybody out there with pro tools to quickly do it for a few bucks?

    go and download Adobe fireworks (previously macromedia fireworks).

    There's a 30 day trial and what you've just asked is remarkably simple - so save the cash and do a download instead.

    but I don't want to learn any graphic software...
    (I know it's simple, I did it in a crappy software - just don't like the end result)

    The reason I posted: I don't want to download/buy any new software, don't want to learn a new software. I will stick to what I know

      Hi there, I can do this for you. although I would recommend learning to do it yourself takes 2mins.

      Google offer some free image software called "Google picasa", this software should be able 2 do it really easy.

      If your struggling send me a msg and i'll help you out, I can do it in photoshop
