What are you trying to do? How are you going to make money with your chose niche? Without a plan you will wander aimlessly. Set goals, write them down. Use mindmap software such as XMind to keep your plan in a visable format.

Without knowing what you want to do it is hard to give you specific advice, here is some general stuff.

Join the War Room, a lot of advice in there.

Search and read threads devoted to your chosen method.

There are some really good WSO's available to teach you step by step what to do, but they are centered around a particular method of generating revenue, XFactors Adsense course is a good place to start for beginners. He's rewriting the course now for a new version to be released soon.

You have 2 niches, do you have the domains? Depending on what you are going to do there could be a couple of scenarios.

First I would make sure that my domain includes the keywords for the niche in a .com, .org, or .net.

Build your site. But this will depend on what you are doing for revenue. Yes Wordpress is a good way for beginners to get started. A lot of people like XSite Pro. Me, I build my sites with Dreamweaver. I also suggest that you look into learning HTML and CSS.

These are just some of what needs to be done, there is much more.

There are lots of free tutorials out there to help you learn, including YouTube - or warrior Amy Bass is offering a month for one dollar on her Niche Blogging Course where you get all the info you need to start out.
