Hello to you fellow warrior.I need help in setting up a blog using wordpress.Have bought a lot of books about this but the funniest thing is that i simply dont understand them..Please i need help urgently cos,am a newbie...

At the risk of stating the obvious have you looked at this?

New To WordPress - Where to Start WordPress Codex

If your host has a CPanel with Fantastico it can be done with a couple of mouse clicks.

Otherwise you need to create a MySQL database, get the latest version of WordPress and upload it to your site, configure the wp-config.php file with your database parameters and then run the installation program.
