What is the easiest way to produce the header graphics Fast Cash Firesale with Michael Cheney & Mike Morgan I have seen it done through photoshop, but is there a simple font that achieves the same result? The raised font, white outline with a shadow.

  • Hey Mike,

I would say just use photoshop and add the image, But I do know there is a javascript somthing or other where you can have actual text with the effect. I will take a look around and see if I can find it.

So it is possible, but I think it would be easier to create the image, and then use CSS to hide text, that way the search engine can read the image headline. Just be sure not to spam keyword in hidden text or you will be penalized.

  • You're after the layer effects, not the typeface.

Try Helvetica, Myriad Pro, and Impact and see
    typeface you like best.

    3-5px white stroke.

Drop shadow of 3-5px, lower the opacity a bit.
