Need a better wordpress control panel

Is there a plug-in or something to give me a better panel when entering content for pages or posts in wordpress. I would like to be able to change font sizes, colors, and text position, like left, right, center, without having to enter the code manually.

    You can change the default HTML editor that WP comes with.

    The default editor is called MCE, and you could look for a fckEditor plugin.
    Its very feature packed (toolbar looks a lot like MS word) and you can use that.

    I beleive there is a plugion on the wordpress.org website that will let you install this.
