    The logo is very good, but I'd suggest:
    - The reflect of (Download) word would looks better if changed to lighter color instead of the darker one
    - The black outer of your icon is totally un-compatible with your design, try to play around with it

      I like the logo itself, but the typography cold use some work. The Stencil font is little overused, especially since you use it not only for the name of the site, but also for the punch line (Only the best). The logo itself does kind of look like a military badge, so the font is in a way appropriate, however all that text makes it look a bit crowded and monotonous. Maybe changing the color of the "Only the best" to other than white would make it look more stand out and make a visual separation of the blocks of text.
