help regarding webdesign and development

do i need to know or be an expert in html, php, css or dreamweaver to create a website? or knowledge in joomla, wordpress and photoshop would be enough? :confused:

  • Basic knowledge in Wordpress and photoshop will do just fine. You can find the tutorial anywhere from Google.

    im about to undergo html, css and php training as i want to create beautiful sites. but if knowldge at wordpress or joomla is alright, then i wont undergo such training.

    • I reckon it's always good to have atleast a basic understanding of HTML and CSS incase you want to change or add stuff like banners. I managed to set up my own personal blog without advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS because it was using Wordpress.
