I recently bought a domain and website that is on the blogger platform. The owner sent me the backup xml of the site to install. When I go to install it, I get the following error:

We were unable to save your template
Please correct the error below, and submit your template again.

There should be one and only one skin in the template, and we found: 0

I searched around on Google and found no answers. Anyone know what this is and what I need to do to get the site up?
