how do I put camtasia videos into a self hosted wordpress blog

I have been going at this for 9 hours straight, and I can find anything online to help me.

I know how to put camtasia vids on sales pages, but how do I put them into a blog post.

please help I am even willing to pay, this is driving me crazy.

  You upload your video player files to your host
  as you normally would for an HTML site.
  
  The you put your .FLV file in a folder called
  "movies" or "videos".
  
  Then you put a code on your WP page/post in
  HTML which calls the player files and the
  media file.

  You need to install a plugin first.
  
  Here's a good one: mac-dev.net
  
  Once you activate it and uploaded the video, just add this code where ever you want the vid to appear in your post:
  [flashvideo file=http://www.yoursite.com/vid.flv /]
