I know you are looking for a specific course, but in case you dont find it and still need something to teach you the basics I can highly recommend Wordpress For Dummies. This is an excellent book on Wordpress and it taught me a lot. Then its useful to keep by your desk as a reference.

Also check out the Wiley Wordpress Bible.

I don't think you should buy a book or a course since setting up and installing a theme is easy with Wordpress.

My suggestion would be SEO Press Formula by Brian Johnson
