      OK,

      1) The breadcrumbs thing is just confusing bc that's exactly where my eyes go to see what you want me to do. I should see a button there with a call to action.
      2) The menu on the left should have a smaller font
      3) Use graphic headers to designate services or at least bold text.
      4) The "buy" button is below the fold. I just happened to scroll down and saw it. There was no reason on the site for me to scroll down.
      5) I see a checkout button - but what am I checking out with?
      6) List services/packages above the fold with a link to the description page where you give more info with an obvious buy button above the fold.

    My honest opinion:

    1.) As soon as i click on your link, it almost felt like i went to a parked page with a bunch of links on the left.

    2.) I hope you make the body text smaller the menu navigation on the left.
    3.) Make some nice buttons for Checkout and Buy link and make them stand out. They are almost unnoticeable.
    4.)Your authorize.net logo should be verifiable.
    5.) Why are your product url's not SEO friendly?
    6.) Maybe you should have one product per page only (it's always much better to have more pages than squeezing them all into one page and use that an opportunity to rank each of your product in Google using SEO optimized URL and Title).
    7.) How about making your right column a little wider?
    8.) Add some images . Images make readers a lot more engaged with your content because images make them understand more of what you are trying to say in your content.
    9.) Add more articles in the future.
    10.) Don't forget your Privacy Policy page and a page for link exchange or other useful resources.

    Good luck.

    You have more than 4 links on the side, it makes better sense to group them by relevance.

    Make group header larger and different color, indent the list under the header. Point header to index page that has all services/product in that group listed with short description.

    Your HTML is a bit search engine unfriendly:

    <html><!-- #BeginTemplate "/Templates/Main.dwt" --><!-- DW6 -->
    <head>

    bad start, use:

    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
    <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" dir="ltr" lang="en">
    <head>

    Your META tags are a bit cluttered, clean up description a little. Too much.

    I am also 100% with the guys above.

    As web developer it's bad idea to have text wrap on two lines in your menus. Shorten it or use narrower fonts; fixed width for menus is highly recommended.

    It looks like the sort of site I would close immediately, like someone said before, it looks like a parked page.
