But, unfortunatley, most of my experience has been with article writing, video marketing, forum marketing, blog commenting and very basic Wordpress stuff, etc. So I find myself a little overwhelmed but yet still wanting to pursue this.
I know the best way to go about this is to outsource - I have in the past done some work outsourcing and have been less then impressed with the completed project.
So my question is this . . . how do I know how to pick out the right person for the job and what is the best way to go about this so that it works out to still be profitable for both the person I hire and myself?
***Any feedback is very much welcomed, as I know that I will probably need a couple different outsourcers, one for the web site modifications and the other for the Social Media stuff.
