Hello
I want to add a subscribe form in my website. How can I do this? Is there any free autoresponse service on the internet? Which codes should I use?
Thanks.

I highly recommend using aweber. It isn't free but it's the best one out there in my opinion. It will help you manage your subscribers list and send your emails out. It also tracks opening and clicking tracks for all your emails.

If you're using wordpress and looking for a free option I suggest using cforms2.

I'm glad someone made this post because I was looking to place one in my site as well haha. I also need to know how I can implement a simple box at the bottom right side of my site that someone would be able to input their name and email address. I am not using Wordpress however, so I would need actual code - anyone know where I can find such a code?

    Thanks guys!

many email service providers such as aweber, getresponse, rapidresponsebot ..

but I recommend interspire email marketers, because you do not have to pay a monthly fee

Absolutely, the free autoresponder to use is List Wire ... there is no other choice.

You can check freedback.com,or easy-formmail.com. They provide free service and very easy to set-up. But if you want to seriously build your list in the long run, I suggest you use the paid ones like Aweber or GetResponse. Treat this thing as your business investment, just like you treat your domain.

    Hi,

A lot depends on how advanced your autoresponder needs to be. And also what type of system you use to design your website.

If you need a simple system and you use Wordpress these may be of use -
    GWA Autoresponder
    Subscribe 2
WP Optin may also be useful but its not exactly an autoresponder

    And for non-wordpress use -
PHP List is a free open source system - PHP List

Also MailChimp has a free plan for up to 500 users which would be useful for testing your business to see if it works before starting to spend money.

    Cheers

      Hi there,

I recommend using one of the paid autoresponders, with most of the free one's your sharing your email message space with adds from other users. This distracts your readers from your message.

As for the optin form. Your autoresponder service should have a web form generator. Use it to create your form, publish the form and copy the raw html code provided. open your page in your web editor (NVU, SeaMonkey, Front Page, etc) and place an html box where you want the form. Paste the webform code into the html box by right clicking on the html box and selecting PROPERTIES . Do not use a TEXT box as this will display the code NOT the actual form.
