  That's a very good list of the websites where you can learn a lot about the effective graphic designing for a website. Deviant Art is something that I always rely on and Smashing Magazine also works quite well for me. Thanks for sharing such a list of some useful sites.

Agreed but Lynda doesn't offer free tuts right? That is why it was not included on my list. VTC looks cool though it looks more like an online school/university to me. Thank you guys for appreciating my list.

Just stumbled on this thread, here's a new link for your bookmarks which leads to my blog, it's still a young site at the mo, but none the less it's something for you to bare in mind.

It's aimed at noobs to Photoshop and naturally is based on beginner level, but as the months progress, the deeper the tuts get.

The number of webs are given here so nothing new to present but try if you find something new in this it is pageweb.com. It is the best tutorial as my point of view and must try it to have something new.
