Looking for a web designer

I'm looking for a web designer who could make me a html website that i could host quite easily on my server.

My last designer had to set up a new server etc and costs too much to run..

The website is FozTee.Com | The Official Foz Tee Website - I basically want it redesigned just as good or better for a reasonable price.
