Make website compatible with Iphone, Ipod, Ipads

So I need a web designer to beef up my site and make it compatible with Ipods, Ipads and Iphones.....

Must use CoffeeCup software so I can maintain the site myself
(I know it may a or may not work with MAC but I'm sure there is some way around this problem)
