site review and plan for membership site help

Hi,
I am working on launching a new real estate site, and would like some help in making sure the site is ready for visitors, before launching to the public. Data is pretty expensive, which is one reason it is not on the Web. Lowest hanging fruit are real estate investors and Realtors. A low cost subscription model, is the initial plan.

Site will also have over 200,000 free reports on local markets in the US, so this SEO needs to be set up correctly. I have a team in India working on this, but they need instructions.
Can someone give me a honest review? How is the SEO, UI, and how to improve to get traffic and convert? Or know where I can find help in the above? So I get this site close to right before going public and getting traffic? Hope so. Once the site is right, will need a cost affective plan to get customers too.
