  • If the item is part of the template and is not an addition to your Joomla "Main Menu" then it is hard-coded into the template. You would have to edit the template PHP code to get it removed.

This isn't the way this is usually done, most templates don't have hard-coded links.

If you were to scan the files in your template for the "shared hosting" link it would probably be pretty easy to find and remove.

  • thank you I did that but couldn't find it.. any other way?
  • Sometimes they hide it..
so if you have in html like: "<img src=bla bla bla...."
    they will create a variable $something="<"."i"."m"."g"." "."s"."r"."c"."="......
Can you tell me what template you use?
  • i feel you might be using a Themza template, even if i can`t see the site....
on the joomla forum there are many ways presented to remove it, not all are all right, but just search for "themza menu"...
the easies way is to just delete one file, i can`t remeber which now.... send me a pm if you still need help and i`ll dig into one of their templates again and let yuo know eactly what to do...
however, those at themza state that they allow you the free licence to use the template only if you keep that sh***ty menu. i don`t believe anyone keeps it anyway...
